This fraudulent email is trying to get you to visit their web site that looks like eBay so that you will eventually enter your credit card information.
Subject: You have successfully added a new email address
From: eBay [accounts@eBay.com] - this is not really from eBay, it's spoofed
You have added phoneseller@yahoo.com [or some other email] as a new email address for your eBay account.
If you did not authorize this change or if you need assistance with your account, please contact eBay customer service at:
http://scgi.ebay.com/verify_id=ebay
