There are so many places that you can follow reviews online for your business. It’s important to bookmark all the places your business listings appear and then check on them at least twice a month, ideally weekly! It’s important to check often to send thank you notes to the clients writing good reviews. Also you can do more quick damage control if you have a bad review. With a bad review you can respond to the reviewer asking what you can do to patch up the situation. Often times after fixing the problem, the reviewer will go back and improve the review. More and more Americans are relying on the Internet for product/service searches. As a result of this drastic yearly growth I have always stressed the importance of search engine optimization as “the” most important online marketing strategy today.
