First impressions count. If you don't have a website or if your website is "dated" (over a year-old!) it's time to revamp your web presence. In this two-hour seminar, learn the best ways to attract new clients and overshadow your competition without "breaking the bank." We'll focus on design issues and on the latest in affordable website technology (RSS, auto-responders, pay-per-click, search engines, email newsletters, etc.), give you concrete ways to implement them on your website, and measure the return on investment (ROI). You don't need to be a website expert to attend — we'll describe both high- and low- level issues. If there is sufficient time, we'll give you some feedback for your website (bring webpage printouts — there won't be internet access). |

- Simple, clear and fast—think of your homepage as a billboard. Tell them exactly what they need to know up front.
- Leave plenty of white space around text. A simple font on a light background works best. Separate wide blocks of text into columns.
- Sub-headings make for quick reading. Make sure pages are easily skimmed.
- Let your best customers sing your praises. Display their testimonials prominently on your site.

We have started a directory of services at our website. We only put trusted referrals on the list – professionals with whom we have worked. It’s a great place to look up real estate agents, chiropractors … you name it.
Payment Policies
Beginning January 1st we will start charging late fees on invoices. Here is a review of our complete payment policy.
Every invoice is due upon receipt.
Balances 30 days past due are subject to an annual finance charge of 18%.
A late fee of $15.00 will be assessed on payments not received 30 days after invoice date.
If payments are returned by a bank (checks or credit cards), the client will be responsible for bank charges, as well as a $25 return payment fee and interest from 30 days after the original invoice was due.
The rates are subject to change. Clients will be notified 30 days in advance of rate changes.
Referral Program
Our business is 95% referrals. We would like to thank and reward existing clients for their referrals.
If you make a referral to us that results in a signed contract, we will take $30 off of your next bill. If you make a referral that results in a wedding website, we will take $10 off your next bill. |
