| January is a great time to make sure your computer and network are running properly. Most of all it's a great month to double-check and upgrade any anti-virus software. We always buy the latest anti-virus software in December or January. As you may have noticed, when you buy anti-virus or whole protection computer software, a year of updates is included. At the end of this year, the company asks you to renew the license. We recommend your buying the new year's edition instead. For example, instead of renewing your 2005 or 2004 software, go out and buy 2006! Why? Because there are more built-in functions and protections in each successive year's edition. The small dollar amount difference between renewing and buying the next license is well worth the protection. |
Also the 2006 versions often have rebates for users who are upgrading. We also recommend purchasing Norton System Works 2006 made by Symantec. They also sell a Norton Internet Security pack that we adamantly do NOT recommend. This version is very buggy. System Works helps to block spam, create backups, block spyware and contains many other helpful functions. We have a directory of services at our website. We only put trusted referrals on the list – professionals with whom we have worked. It's a great place to look up real estate agents, chiropractors … you name it.
Payment Policies:
- Beginning January 1st we will started charging late fees on invoices. Here is a review of our complete payment policy.
- Every invoice is due upon receipt.
- Balances 30 days past due are subject to an annual finance charge of 18%.
- A late fee of $15.00 will be assessed on payments not received 30 days after invoice date.
- If payments are returned by a bank (checks or credit cards), the client will be responsible for bank charges, as well as a $25 return payment fee and interest from 30 days after the original invoice was due.
- The rates are subject to change. Clients will be notified 30 days in advance of rate changes.
Referral Program
Our business is 95% referrals. We would like to more formally thank and reward existing clients for their referrals.
If you make a referral to us that results in a signed contract, we will take $30 off of your next bill. If you make a referral that results in a wedding website or a new hosting client, we will take $10 off your next bill. |
Credit Card Payment Reminder:
