Virginia Chatham, Founder & Lead Designer

Virginia Chatham founded BB Creative (formerly BB Media Services, Inc.) to provide small and medium sized business with results-driven web solutions.  She has completed more than 100 website projects in the last few years alone. Virginia creates innovative and unique designs that interface well with complex database solutions.  Her work includes web-based reservations systems, online inventory systems, and streaming video projects.  She has worked with Wilderness Outfitters, Sporting Facilities, Legal, Medical and Health Professionals, and the Retail Trade, bringing active e-Commerce presence to their businesses.  Virginia approaches every project from a revenue and productivity perspective, the result is her clients experience increased profitability and efficiency through their websites.

Virginia volunteers with GirlVentures of San Francisco, has been an Ambassador for the San Francisco and San Rafael Chambers of Commerce.  She is also active in various women in business organizations.

Eric LaRose, Web Designer and Programmer

Eric LaRose brings the skills of a fine artist to the world of media design. While studying web and graphic design at the Art Institute of California - San Diego, he learned to build websites that were both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. He puts his imagination as well as his knowledge of code to work to create rich interactive designs. At an early age, Eric became an accomplished Webmaster for many local San Diego companies; he is now bringing that experience to BB Creative and its clients.  Eric is noted for his attention to detail and his ability to flesh out a design from concept to implementation. Eric's a dynamic approach to solving design problems impresses both clients and peers alike.

Akbar Pasha has about 10+ years of Web Development experience in various open source as well as proprietary technologies. During those 10 years he has worked on building E-Commerce applications, Content Management Systems and custom applications using PHP, Python, Drupal, Django, Flex, Javascript etc. He also has extensive experience in building both frontend systems (Rich Internet Applications) as well as backend systems (Middleware, Databases). Recent projects include large Content Management Systems for the State of California and International Ecommerce websites.

Rob Sanders, Online Marketing and Search Engine Optimization

Rob Sanders brings a wealth of energy and experience to the world of e-commerce. He is the primary interface with clients when providing creative and technical solutions for online growth. Over the past few years, Rob has engaged both large and small companies such as Ford Motor Company, Gap Inc. Direct, Charles Schwab and Jarden Consumer Solutions in a variety of online-related roles. For the past year, Rob has led the online marketing efforts for various clients including Coleman Inc. and Viking Appliance. This role includes overseeing their search engine marketing and optimization efforts while providing guidance on new online marketing channels such as social networking, blogs and video. He also serves in the same capacity for a number of other clients across various industries. 

Prior to moving to San Francisco, Rob was a Interactive Project Manager chosen to lead multi-million dollar online initiatives for Ford Motor Company in Detroit, Michigan. His role was focused on exceeding client expectations by overseeing a diverse group of resources and managing team activities and progress to ensure overall performance, consistency and timeliness in results. Rob started his online career as a Web Producer for USA Today Online in 1994 before moving to Philadelphia to help launch an online media service at The Sports Network. 

Before receiving his undergraduate degree in Communications at the University of Central Florida, Rob was honorably discharged from the U.S. military after serving four years abroad. He also received his Project Management Certification and recently earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of San Francisco with an emphasis in International Business.
